I wanted something for my nonstick pans so I thought I’d try this. Normally I absolutely love Misen silicon utensils, but this one is just not quit there for me. I love that you can lock these closed and they are comfortable to hold. Unfortunately they are not very easy to use. I think they are a bit too heavy and the tongs are just a bit too big. If you only need these for handling larger, heavier items, they are pretty good. But for small items like smoked sausages, just no.
originally I got a set of tongs in the utensil set bought from misen. I didn't think much they were something special until I used them and they passed the spaghetti test with flying colors. I came back and bought more to add what I already have - yeah, they're that good and that versatile. highly recommend.
