You will thank youself.
I love my DO it heats well, and retains heat just right I have made so many soups, stews, roast chicken, braised pork lion. It is a champ, wide base, killer cast lid for roasting, amazing silicon lid for stove top simmering.

Very good workmanship. I expect this Misen apron to last forever. Love the teri cloth pockets. Only complaint is that the neck strap was twisted. That's why four stars.
