2 years ago I bought 2qt saucier, 12” pan, 3qt pan, 6qt pan. All non stick. So I have been using them when I needed specific size for specific meal - I haven’t used one pan for 2 years non stop for family of 2.
Honest review 2 years later: previously I was using t-fal and was buying them every 2 yers during last 8 years, BUT I spent ~$40 per pan and I used only 1 pan for all meal prep every day during 2 years. With Misen I bought 4 pans and now, 2 years later, I need to change them all because coating is peeling even in saucier that was using only for boiling water (Misen had my complaint with pictures after one use and even sent me a new one year ago, but there was no change in quality). I am not going to buy a new set from Misen due to results after 2 years of use - cooking food with peeling pan is no good. T-fal has never had this problem. Now I am ready to spend the same amount of money for non stick All Clad pans - same price.
If you see positive reviews, quite possible they were written by people who have been using them for month and got an email from Misen to leave a comment. Misen, please, send this e mail to your customers 1 year after the purchase for an honest feedback.
